1. What does it cost to post a job at ITJob.am?
At present, there is no charge for employers use our site. You may post as many job announcements as you count necessary. Responses are delivered to the email address you provide.
2. How do I cancel our posting? We have found someone for our position.
Simply login, click on "manage job postings" and click the "delete" button next to the posting.
3. How do I edit a job posting?
To edit your job posting, first login to your account, then select "Manage Job Postings." Click on the edit tab next to the title of the job you want to edit. Make the desired changes and click "save changes" at the bottom of the page.
4. How do I get registered to post jobs?
You may call us at 22 46 99 or you may register online.
5. I forgot my Account Representative's name, is there a list of Reps and their contact information?
If you don't know who your account rep. is call us at 22 46 99 or email info@ITJob.am
6. What level jobs do you post - and for what industries?
We recruit IT professionals in all areas, and at all levels.
7. What geographic area(s) does ITJob.am post for?
We currently only post for the Republic of Armenia, or for foreign companies who wish to recruit candidates from Armenia.
8. I am interested to view all resumes without posting a job. Do you offer this service?
We offer resume access to employers who have registered at ITJob.am web site.
9. Do I have to be registered to post jobs on ITJob.am?
Yes! All companies must be registered before posting jobs. This preserves the integrity of the site and ensures that only appropriate companies are posting jobs.

11. How does a Candidate respond to my ad?
They use the contact information you have put in the body of the ad. We encourage you to include a fax a number and mailing address as well in your posting.
12. How do I get my company registered to post jobs?
All companies must be registered before posting jobs. This preserves the integrity of the site and ensures that only appropriate companies are posting jobs. Once you complete our simple registration form, you must be approved before logging in. This typically takes less than a working day. You will receive an acceptance email once you are approved. For immediate assistance you may call us at 22 46 99. Once you are registered you remain in our system and can return at any time - there is no need to re-register.
13. Is there a cost for using your site for job seekers?
No, there is never a charge for job seekers to use our site.
14. I just registered as an employer and now I can't login, why?
We need to verify the data entered and only then validate your ITJob.am account. Within 24 hours we will email you.
